In this article we show how to find movies and TV shows on the iTunes Store that have closed captioning or subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Mac and PC
iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Apple TV
Mac or PC:
- Open iTunes and then the iTunes Store.
- Search for a title or keyword in the Search bar (upper-right corner). You can also search for closed captions, or subtitles, or SDH, to browse available titles with closed captions or subtitles.
- Click Movies or TV Shows. Once the title you wish to watch is presented, click it. Check if there is a closed caption icon
, or a subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing icon
, on the item's product page, under its title.
- Scroll to the bottom of an item's product page, and open the Languages section for information on closed caption and subtitle languages.
iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch:
- Tap iTunes Store.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Search.
- Search for a title or keyword in the Search bar (top of the screen). You can also search for closed captions, or subtitles, or SDH, to browse available titles with closed captions or subtitles.
- Once the title you wish to watch is presented, tap it. Check if there is a closed caption icon

- Scroll to the bottom of an item's product page, and open the Languages section for information on closed caption and subtitle languages.
Apple TV:
- Open the Movies or TV Shows app.
- Browse or search for a movie or TV show.
- On the description page for the movie or episode, check if there is a closed caption icon
, or a subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing icon

- Swipe down on your remote to move to the bottom of an item's product page, and open the Languages and Accessibility sections for information on closed caption and subtitle languages.
