Managing multiple users for an organization is easy with CaptionSync's Department feature. This article shows how.
Using Departments in your Organization:
Users with Manage Users privileges can organize multiple accounts under Department names. The Department name can be a campus name, project or any other name you wish to segregate your users by.
Once the Primary user of the organization has a Department name, other users can add their Department name via Settings -> Contact Settings.
The Primary user, or any user with Manage User privileges, is able to then see and sort users by department via Settings -> Manage Users:
Users with Manage Users privileges are able to sort and filter submissions by Department in the Status of Submissions for All Users page:
To sort or filter all billable submissions by Department, go to Billing -> Billable Submissions for All Users, select the department to query from the drop-down menu, and click Submit Query. All billable submissions for said department will show in the Billing History:
Please open a ticket to enable the Department feature for your organization. Note that only the Primary user of the organization can request this feature.
