Closed Captioning with CaptionSync allows you to access usage and billing reports for individual user accounts or organizations. In this article we describe the various reports available in CaptionSync.
Status of Submissions
To find a list of submissions available for individual user accounts go to the Caption/Transcribe tab -> Status of Submissions, or Translate -> Status of Translations. You can query for the submissions using multiple filters, like Date, Status, Source, Source Language, Destination Language, Description, and Media File. You can see these other filters by expanding More options:
A user with See All Submissions privileges will be able to access a report of submissions available for all users within an organization via Caption/Transcribe -> Status of Submissions for All Users, or Translate -> Status of Translations for All Users.
For further analysis, you can also export a .csv file with the results of a query, either for submissions of individual user accounts, or for submissions of all users within an organization. You just need to check the Download CSV checkbox, and then click Submit Query.

Status of Lists of URLs
If you have submitted your media files via our List of URLs feature, you can access the History report of these submissions from within the Status of Lists page:
By clicking the List ID of a submission you can find more details of the media files ingested as well as the status and duration of each individual URL within a List:
Batch Status
When placing requests as a batch or via AST-Link, you can view the Batch History by going to Caption/Transcribe tab -> Batch Status. This page will display detail information regarding each batch such as Batch Identifier, In-Process Submissions, Cancel/Reject Submissions, Failed Submissions, etc.
If the batch contains Cancel/Reject Submissions or Failed Submissions, clicking the + the icon will expose the list of canceled/rejected or failed submissions.
You can query these submissions by date:
Billing reports
Go to Billing -> Billable Submissions to view a report of all the billable submissions made within the Last 30 Days. You can also query for the billable submissions using multiple filters, like Date to view older submissions, Status, Batch, Source, Submissions Type, Language, Description, Media File, and by Filter Results. To see these other filters just expand the More options link.
Users with See All Submissions privileges will be able to access a report of Billable Submissions for all users within an organization via Billing -> Billable Submissions for All Users.
A .csv file about a query is available for download if you check Download CSV, and then click Submit Query. You can obtain a .csv file for either the Billable Submissions of individual user accounts as well as for Billable Submissions for All Users within an organization.
