Adding new features to your CaptionSync account is easy. This article shows how.
When do I need to enable New Features on my Account?
To simplify your interface, we do not set up accounts initially with all available features but give you the ability to add them at any time. So, you can request features such as batch uploading capability (AST-Link for PC and Mac), List of URLs submission, partner integrations, production transcripts, translation and transcription-only services. Learn more about our partners and read our documentation on the setup of these integrations.
How do I enable new Features on my Account?
- Log into your CaptionSync account, go to Settings -> Account Features, and select the feature you want enabled (If you can't see the feature you want enabled on the "Account Feature to Add" drop-down menu, then it's already enabled):
- Click Request Account Feature:
- You will be notified that the feature is enabled via email. Ensure you read this email for additional information about the feature.
Once you're notified that the feature is enabled, it is ready to use.
