Closed Captioning with CaptionSync allows you to upload files via AST-Link using purchase orders. This article shows how.
AST-Link for Windows 2.x:
A Purchase Order field appears in the left side of the app for accounts set up for purchase orders. If you use an expired or over-limit purchase order, the submission(s) will be rejected. If you don't pass a purchase order, CaptionSync attempts to find a valid one, starting with the default, and then trying the most recent ones. If none is found, the submission(s) will be rejected.
AST-Link G2.x on the Mac:
A Purchase Order field appears in the left side of the app for accounts set up for purchase orders. If you use an expired or over-limit purchase order, the submission(s) will be rejected. If you don't pass a purchase order, CaptionSync attempts to find a valid one, starting with the default, and then trying the most recent ones. If none is found, the submission(s) will be rejected.
AST-Link AppleScript for the Mac:
As there is no mechanism to enter a purchase order via AST-Link for Mac, CaptionSync attempts to find a valid one, starting with the default, and then trying the most recent ones. If none is found, the submission(s) will be rejected.
To check the current default purchase order, just log into CaptionSync and go to Billing -> Set Default Purchase Order. More information available in our article about managing and adding purchase orders.
