Issues with the DFXP File

First off, do you have the correct results for the player you are using? If you're not sure what caption files go with your player, check out the complete list of TTML/DFXP formats we generate.

There are two different basic grammars for DFXP; begin time+duration and begin/end timing and we have built outputs for both (.adb.xml uses begin time+duration and.dfxp.xml uses begin/end timing). There are also specific versions of TTML/DFXP for: Brightcove and Ensemble Video players; broadcast purposes; and also some custom outputs. If you do not have the correct type of file, simply do a Redo to receive the correct type; or open a Support ticket so that we can advise you further.
