What if I forgot my password or username?

To reset the password, open our Reset password page, paste your username on the Username box and click Reset password. You'll receive an email with a new password.

If you have forgotten your username, open our Find My Username page, paste your email address on the Email Address box and click Find Username. You'll receive an email with your AST username.
