Your result files are usually sent to the email address(es) on file, but they can also be downloaded from your account. If you are missing results, please check your spam filter to see if the Results Email was redirected there.
If you requested Video Encoding, you'll need to download the encoded output from your account.
Result Files:
Transcription, Production Transcript and Captioning Results:
Log into your account and go to Caption/Transcribe -> Status of Submissions. Click on the AST ID link for the submission, and download the results by Returned Files or All Returned Files Zipped:
Translation Results:
Log into your account and go to Translate -> Status of Translations. Click on the AST ID link for the submission, and download the results by Returned Files or All Returned Files Zipped:
Audio Description Results:
Log into your account and go to Describe -> Status of Audio Descriptions. Click on the AST ID link for the submission, and download the results by Returned Files or All Returned Files Zipped:
Encoded videos:
If you requested Video Encoding for your media file, ensure you download the resulting encoded output within 90 days after completion. Log into your account and go to Caption/Transcribe -> Status of Submissions. Click on the AST ID link for the submission, and download the encoded video by Video Encoding Results:
Smart Player:
If you made a List of URLs request, and want to use the Smart Player, go to Caption/Transcribe -> Status of Submissions, click on the AST ID link for the submission, open the Details page, and click Generate Smart Player URL. The page will refresh with a URL to the Smart Player:
