Do you offer translations?

Yes! As part of our captioning service, we can also generate translated caption/subtitle files in a number of destination languages.

Here is a high-level overview for the caption translation workflow:

The starting point for requesting translated captions is a successful Captioning submission (in the original language); Step 2 in the diagram above.

Go to the Submission Details page for the submission you wish to translate. From the Translation Captions field, click on the desired destination language. If you do not see the Translation Captions field, you need to first enable your account for the translation feature.

We currently offer the following source language -> destination language pairs: 

English -> Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian*, Dutch*
French -> English
Spanish -> English
Mixed English/Spanish -> Spanish, English
German -> English

* For these language pairs you'll need to provide your own translated transcript.
