With a recent release of Internet Explorer 11 on Win7 (and possibly other versions of IE on Windows), Microsoft’s XSS Filter is causing the Credit Card processing page not to load.
The simple workaround is to use another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. However, if you are unable to change the browser, the workaround is to disable the XSS Filter.
Warning: Disabling Microsoft's XSS Filter may cause unintended harmful consequences at other websites.
To disable the XSS Filter:
1. Open the Internet Explorer, click on Tools, and select Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab and then choose the Internet zone.
3. Click on Custom level. Under Scripting, select the radio button Disable under Enable XSS filter .
4. Click the OK button to save the changes.
