If you provided the transcript and there are sync errors, or if you want to make text changes to an existing job, you can use one of the tools described below, without having to upload the media file again.
Alternatively, you can add Result Review to your job and we will fix sync for you.
How do I make changes to my results?
CaptionSync offers you several free tools to edit and repair your Captioning results:
- CaptionSync Redo feature: allows you to edit the transcript and fix sync using sync markers, add new outputs, and change various captioning settings.
