CaptionSync's Closed Captioning Cinema Certified Result Review is recommended for material that must adhere to specific captioning standards, like video-on-demand (VOD) services. If you have a prepaid account, and need to make a new Captioning, Transcription and Cinema Certified Result Review request for your video, this article shows how to create the invoice and make the payment.
Creating an Invoice and making the Payment:
- Log into CaptionSync and open the Billing tab. Note that Billing resolution is 1 minute. So, for example, if your media file is 1 hour, 46 minutes and 24 seconds, you'll need to purchase 107 minutes of each service: 107 minutes of Captioning, 107 minutes of Transcription and 107 minutes of Result Review. When everything is set, click Get Total:
Note that there is a transaction minimum; any remaining unused minutes will be available for the next 5 years. Also note that for one week following this transaction, you can add more funds in any amount, e.g., just 1 more minute for example.
- To issue the invoice, click Generate Invoice:
- On the Invoice page, you'll find a link to pay it via Credit Card: Pay Now via Credit Card. Once the invoice is paid, the minutes will be added to the balance.
