SRT File not working in YouTube

If you are getting an error message like this at YouTube:

English: Error at line 454: No timecode for start of caption

and your SRT caption file is 454 lines, you are experiencing a YouTube bug.

Basically although YouTube says it is optional to name your captioning text, you need to give them a name. Then your captions should appear just fine.
