This article shows you how to request new/additional output files for completed captioning submissions, using the Redo Feature. If you need to make other changes, you should follow the instructions available at our complete tutorial on the Redo feature.
I just need new output files:
- Go to Caption/Transcribe tab -> Status of Submissions. A list of available submissions is presented. You can query for older submissions using the Date filter. You can use other filters by expanding More options.
Click the AST ID of the job you want to Redo. On the Details page, choose Click here to Redo. If you want to issue new results for a "Redo" (a submission described as Redo: or REDO: ), open its Details page, and click the link next to
←go to the original for another redo. This will take you to the original ID Details page, where the Redo link will be available.
- On the Submission Redo page, select Change Settings, and open the Advanced Settings.
- Under the Output Types tab, select the output file type you wish to add. Then click the Apply Changes to Redo button.
- When you have all the options set up, click the Submit Redo button. You’ll see the Redo Status screen right away, and new results will be available in just a few minutes.
